At Stitch By Stitch Embroidery, each item is custom-made or personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including sizes, colors, personalization, and design selections before submitting their order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
