At Stitch By Stitch Embroidery, each item is custom-made or personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

SOME PRE ORDERS ARE NOT MADE IN HOUSE, THEREFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY PREORDER ITEMS.
