All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

Please allow 5–14 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons, holidays, or special events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination. Typical delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the service selected

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stitch By Stitch Embroidery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Stitch By Stitch Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
